When you buy a 'share'/membership you are supporting Prema's programs. This phenomenal price opens the door to many folks on a tight budget who may feel they can't afford yoga but would benefit. At Prema, we know the physical, mental and emotional benefits enhance everyone's life. By building a community here at Prema we hope to offer greater access to yoga for everyone.
Our CSW is $99/3 months of UNLIMITED yoga

Sunrise Flow with Kris
6 a.m. -7 a.m.
Great class to awaken the body and mind. Stoke the inner fire of discipline for early rising and reap the rewards when you leave class feeling clear headed and ready for your day. This is an intermediate level class, and previous experience is recommended. Drop-ins welcome - $15/drop or CSW
Somatic Movement with Sigrid
(*not part of CSW Membership)
9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Learn how to regain flexibility and get rid of stiffness and pain by Addressing the Root of the Problem YOUR BRAIN
In this class you will use small movements done slowly and with awareness to learn how to establish voluntary brain control of your muscles. With repeated practice of Hanna Somatic exercises you access and release chronically held muscle tension and establish greater freedom of movement. These exercises are gentle and safe and can be explored on the floor or in a chair.
Mixed Level with Kris
8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Nice combination of asana (movement/postures) with breath work, mudra, relaxation, and meditation. You will be creating stability with the physical body, the breath, and working towards the feeling and transition to a stable and calm mind. Postures can always be modified and Inversions may be explored. Drop-ins welcome $15 or CSW
8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Yin/Somatics Combination
5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. All Levels Yoga with Cassie
Core, Stability & Stretch with Kris
8 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Mixed level class. You will focus on building strength and stability in your body as well as getting a deeper stretch. Class will be blended with dynamic (movement) and also longer static holds in your asana. Combined with breath awareness, ways to shape your breath, and deep relaxation. Saturday Special Class
Deepen your practice with subtle body awareness
9 - 10:15 a.m.
Our focus will be on a yoga practice to stretch and strengthen the physical body, as well as bring awareness to the subtle body, energy/chakras.
Join us in exploring ways to bring consciousness into our physical, energy, mental, intuitive and bliss body.
When you feel physically stable and steady - let that translate to evenness with your breath, and emotions. Use your physical practice to reach and become more aware of the subtle energy of your body.
