Prema Yoga and Golden Oak Farm are so excited to offer this opportunity to create community around the power of silence.

First Friday of each month from 9 am - 2 pm. @ the beautiful Golden Oak Farm. "The sacred land there will rise up to enfold you.   A great stillness awaits you if you are fortunate enough to go." ~ Joanne

Experiencing silence ~
We will gather at 9 a.m. with time to greet each other, visit over tea/coffee and breakfast treats. Then at 10:00 a bell will chime indicating the start of the silence. You are welcome to read, journal, practice yoga, sit by the fire, go on a walk, draw, etc. This will be your time to use as you wish.
We will gather for a light lunch.

Golden Oak farm is tucked away in the countryside, conveniently located twelve miles west of Northfield on Highway 19 and just 30 miles south of the Twin Cities. Nestled on one hundred acres, several different spaces available, all surrounded by the beauty and sounds of nature.

Suggested donation $20 
A lovely vegetarian meal will be provided.
