Nurture yourself with rest and relaxation. By taking this action step of inviting rest into your week, you are reinforcing the important value that rest has for your physical and mental health. Say yes.

During this class series, you will explore various methods for relaxing the physical body to help calm the mind and be guided through a 30 minute relaxation. This can be done by lying down or in a seated meditation if that is more suitable.

Kris Layman is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, owner and creative coordinator of Prema Yoga Studio, and Certified Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. Because of her extensive training background, Kris is able to take that knowledge to personalize a student’s practice to suit their specific needs. She believes yoga is for every body and is dedicated to living from the heart in an authentic way. She hopes in doing so, it continues and creates a supportive environment for self-exploration for her students.
