Enjoy a one-hour massage

Available hours are Tuesdays & Wednesdays ~ 8 - 5 p.m.

Some Saturdays are available

Kris received her massage therapy certification in 1997 at Cottonwood School of Massage. She also taught massage at Full Circle School of Massage in Colorado. She assisted Dawn Lewis for massage continuing ed. classes with SMRT. She has also received training in Thai Yoga Bodywork – which enables her to combine both yoga and massage.

Because of her extensive training background and years of experience, Kris is able to take that knowledge and intuition to personalize to the client's specific needs.
