I'm really excited to share the SUMMER special ~ Feelin' Groovy. This program is for you ~

  • 3 Months of UNLIMITED yoga (June, July, & August)
  • In-person
  • Downtown, Northfield @ Northfield Center of Balance
  • Plus, weekly newsletters and videos
  • Connect back in your body & with each other
  • Feel better, mentally & physically

Class schedule beginning June 1st:
Tuesdays @ 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. - yes! Early bird risers will start the day off moving and grooving to a flowing practice.
Wednesdays @ 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. (all levels practice)
Fridays @ 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Our strength, stability & core class (all levels)

Not only are the classes unlimited, but you will also receive a weekly newsletter (including a video) as a gentle guide for turning your focus inward and connecting. So if you have summer vacation plans, miss some classes, or just want to follow along via videos, etc. you will still be connected throughout.

I want you to feel and recognize that you are in the driver's seat of your healing and health. Think of me as a guide, suggesting ways for you to connect to your senses (touch, vision, hearing, tasting, and smelling) ~ you feel alive, present, in touch with your breath & body, empowered, and you continue to build those muscles of awareness. As you strengthen your muscles of awareness, your nervous system switches from fight or flight to Rest & Digest: Feelin' Groovy. Your busy mind begins to slow it's pace, and YOU FEEL BETTER. You are in the driver's seat.

The entire program: $135

This video program is formatted to help you achieve your health goal(s). Each week we will focus on a theme that continues to build. Videos will vary in length (from 5-10 minute meditations to an hour moving yoga practice)

  • You ALWAYS have permission to pick one theme and stay with that through the entire program (for example, focusing on improving breath capacity).
  • This program is part LIVE in-person classes and weekly newsletter support for self-directed - guiding you along the way.

Your guide, Kris Layman has been a bodyworker and yoga teacher for over 25 years. Join me in weaving our experiences together, in a productive and beneficial environment in order for you to achieve your health goal.

You are encouraged to participate in any session you would like. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
